Cafe24 will be providing its merchants with global market success strategies that target the Facebook platform’s 3.3 billion users. Facebook Inc. experts will also share the best uses for Facebook Shops.
Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 will be hosting its ‘Facebook’s Global Commerce Success Strategies Using Shops’ webinar on Feb 17 at 2 p.m. KST.
Facebook Shops enables Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) merchants to create online product display spaces on Facebook and Instagram in just several clicks. When a merchant uploads a new product with images and details onto their online DTC store, the product automatically goes live on their Shops storefront. In this way, merchants can effortlessly deliver their product content to 3.3 billion Facebook platform users, leading to more conversions.
The webinar will feature Facebook Inc.’s global experts as speakers. Facebook APAC Head of Partnerships Philip Hur and Instagram Product Marketing Manager Jerko Grom will share more detailed strategies like using Shops to sell K-style products globally and the best ways to use Shops tools to succeed in international markets.
Merchants that are successfully reaching global markets through Shops will also be as speaking. Sister Ann, a beauty brand that posted more than half of its 17.9 million dollars (20 billion won) in sales last year from the global market, and INSTANTFUNK, a fashion designer brand gaining huge popularity in Japan, will share their experiences on gaining global customers through Shops.
There will be a Q&A session with experts so that merchants can ask various questions that they may have about Shops.
The upcoming webinar is free. Anyone preparing to launch an online business, and merchants and companies currently running online stores, can register on the Cafe24 website.
“Shops take our merchants’ highly competitive K-style products and their online content to the next level,” said Lee Jaesuk, CEO of Cafe24. “We will continue to support our merchants’ global success by building our partnership with Facebook Inc.”
Previously in May 2020, Facebook Inc. announced eight global partners for Shops, among which Cafe24 was the only e-commerce partner in East Asia. In the following December, the company became the first in the region to launch its Shops integration service.
Cafe24 is a global success platform that provides a one-stop business environment for e-commerce merchants so that they can achieve continued growth by focusing on their creativity.
Cafe24 has established an e-commerce ecosystem with 1.8 million Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) merchants and various global partners in areas like payment, shipping, and marketing. Cafe24 is poised for growth as more DTC brands and e-commerce participants continue to join the burgeoning industry.
