Cafe24 launches DTC-targeted automation service RecipePress release
Work automation now achievable without IT professionals, bolstering sales
Repetitive work like managing orders and inventory becomes more efficient
E-commerce merchants will be able to significantly increase their business efficiency through work automation.
Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 launched its Recipe automation service on June 17 to help increase DTCs’ business efficiency.
Recipe is a service that allows easy automation of online stores’ business key operations. Through the service, online businesses are able to easily take care of repetitive yet important tasks more efficiently. Adoption of such systematic operation enables businesses to free up resources for focusing on more productive and creative work.
Automation can minimize repetitive tasks that previously required constant human attention, including marking products with a ‘sold out’ tag once inventory runs out; sending text alerts when requests for returns are submitted; resetting of product specifics when restocked; managing customers and orders; and categorizing products.
Recipe can be integrated with other external programs to provide more sophisticated automation. Integration is possible through API (Application Programming Interface) with Google Sheets, Telegram, and apps featured in the Cafe24 Store.
Jaesuk Lee, CEO of Cafe24, said, “Recipe enables merchants to focus on more creative work.” He said, “Cafe24 will continue to sophisticate its services so that DTCs can raise business efficiency, satisfy customers, capture more sales, and succeed.”
Cafe24 is a global success platform that provides a one-stop business environment for e-commerce merchants so that they can achieve continued growth by focusing on their creativity.
